For orders received by 1400hrs AEST, we will in most circumstances have your order posted within 1-2 business days. We understand how important it is to receive your amazing scrubs in a timely manner. If for any reason there is a delay, we will contact you in the first instance. 

We also offer Express Shipping so if you are in a hurry for our amazing scrubs, please consider choosing this shipping method for an additional cost.

We understand that sometimes orders are received and it’s just not quite the right size, therefore please check our size charts first to ensure you are getting as close to the size you require.

Returned items must be in the same condition as they left us – New, unworn condition with all Tags insitu and the request via email must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

If you need to return your order for an exchange, please email us in the first instance at hello@scrubsinsitu.com.au and we will start the return process.

Scrubs Insitu reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged items.

Return Cost will be at the customers expense.
