FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $120 within Australia via Australia Post.

Standard shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $10 (Free over $120) via Australia Post.

Tracking will also be provided on these orders.

For orders requiring urgent delivery, we also offer Express Shipping for a flat rate of $14

Express rates will be calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

On all orders, our first courier is Australian Post International Delivery. We also use DHL Express & FedEx where required.

Please note delivery times calculated at checkout are an ESTIMATE only and once the order has been shipped, the delivery time is beyond our control.

International orders will also be processed and packaged the same day when ordered prior to 1200hrs AEST. Please note International Orders may have a longer processing time depending on collection by Courier.

Tracking will also be made available for international deliveries.

Depending on which Country you are having your Scrubs delivered to, you may incur Customs fees. Please make yourself familiar with these fees prior to ordering as these fees are the buyers responsibility.

All in stock items are despatched promptly within 1-2 business days via Australia Post. We also provide tracking for peace of mind.

Scrubs Insitu will not be held responsible for any conditions during shipment beyond our control which include but not limited to: severe weather events, delayed delivery, service disruptions or incorrect delivery addresses provided during checkout.

Although Express Post remains the fastest delivery option, Scrubs Insitu can not guarantee that your package will be delivered the next day. Once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery times are beyond our control.

Can I change my delivery address once order is completed?

Unfortunately, as we process and pack so fast, unless you contact us immediately, we will not be able to change any shipment details once order is fulfilled.
