Organic Cotton

Organic Cotton Polin is a crisp, breathable and durable plain-weave fabric made from 100% sustainably grown cotton.

It features a tight, durable weave with a smooth, matte finish, making it ideal for high-quality scrubs. Its natural, breathable & hypoallergenic properties make it a popular eco-friendly apparel choice.

KEY CHARACTERISTICS & FEATURES

Fabric Properties: Crisp texture, fine ribs, lightweight feel and high strength. It is generally opaque, though light colours may require lining.

Sustainability: Made from certified organic cotton, ensuring no toxic chemicals or synthetic pesticides were used in farming, making it safer for consumers and the environment.

Bamboo

Bamboo lyocell is a highly sustainable, eco-friendly fabric produced from bamboo pulp using a closed-loop, non-toxic manufacturing process that recycles 99% of solvents and water. Known for being silky-soft, durable and breathable, it is more sustainable than bamboo viscose. Key benefits include moisture-wicking, hypoallergenic and antimicrobial properties.

Key Characteristics and Benefits:

Environmental Impact: Produced in a closed-loop system where non-toxic solvent amine oxide breaks down bamboo pulp. 99% of water and solvent are recovered, minimising waste.

Texture & Comfort: Silky-soft, smooth and lightweight, often compared to high-end cotton or luxury materials.

Performance: Excellent temperature-regulating and moisture-wicking properties, making it ideal for clothing.

Durability: Bamboo lyocell fibres are strong and tend to be more durable than other rayon variants.

Sustainability: Made from rapidly renewable bamboo, which requires no pesticides or fertilisers to grow.
