About Great Barrier Reef Legacy & The Forever Reef Project
Great Barrier Reef Legacy is a grassroots, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to safeguarding the biodiversity of the Great Barrier Reef. Through science, education and community engagement, the organisation works to protect reef ecosystems for future generations.
Its flagship initiative, the Forever Reef Project, is the world’s first living coral biobank dedicated to preserving all 415 species of Great Barrier Reef corals. Based in Port Douglas, the facility holds the highest biodiversity of coral species anywhere in the world and is building a permanent genetic ark to ensure these irreplaceable species are protected against climate change and future reef loss.
Scrubs Insitu is proudly based alongside the Great Barrier Reef, one of the world's most extraordinary natural treasures. As part of our commitment to protecting the environments that inspire us, we will be donating $1 from every set of Scrub Prints (exc the Mental Health Print) to support the Great Barrier Reef Legacy.

At Scrubs Insitu, we believe scrubs should do more than just look great. They should be scrubs that matter and make a difference!
We are proud to support Black Dog Institute in raising funds for a much needed cause that is close to our hearts.Â
$1 from each Mental Health Scrub Sets and Signature Shades Scrubs Sets will be donated to Black Dog Institute - the only medical research institute in Australia investigating mental health across the lifespan. The researchers at Black Dog Institute are dedicated to understanding, preventing and treating the significant mental health challenges that we face nationally and globally.Â
